E-Merge serves youth ages 22-25. This program focuses on providing comprehensive holistic case management, therapy services, and community resources linkages that promote independent living skills in a positive youth development framework for youth with insufficient familial support.
Mental health challenges often begin at home. The Keeping Families Together program provides preventive case management services to families who have been identified by the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) as at risk of losing their child(ren) to the child welfare system due to insufficient and/or unstable housing.
Healthy Youth Transitions (HYT)
Made for transitioning youth with insufficient familial support, the Healthy Youth Transitions program provides comprehensive, holistic case management, and counseling services that promote independent living skills in a positive youth development framework.
It is critical that our youth have accessible, culturally competent and specific mental wellness services that support who they are, and speak to what they experience. Our counseling and therapeutic programming allows for a different reality to prevail.
