40 For The Future

In celebration of Handy’s 40th anniversary, we’re raising $40,000 to provide the next generation with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. By investing in the future of our youth, you are helping to create a path toward self-sufficiency and success. Join us in making a lasting impact.

Bring your organization to Handy and lead hands-on activities to help them prepare for the real world.

Guide youth through interactive sessions that build confidence and independence.

Color Conversations: Emotional Art Mentoring | October 6 from 6pm to 7pm

October 1 from 4:30pm–5:30pm

Help youth brainstorm, provide magazines for collaging, and encourage creativity and collaboration in this group project for local middle schoolers.

Holiday Gift Drive

Bring holiday magic to our youth by purchasing new, unwrapped items from our Holiday Wishlist! Your donation will go directly to a child in need.

Thanksgiving

Help us provide a fun-filled holiday for the youth and families served through our programs by donating much-needed food items for our annual Thanksgiving feast!

Giving Tuesday

Double your impact this Giving Tuesday! Now through December 3rd, every donation you make will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $2,500. Your support will directly benefit the 500+ youth we serve, funding critical programs in academic support, job training, life skills, safe housing, scholarships, mental health counseling, and so much more.

Heroes Society

As a monthly donor, you can join HANDY’s Heroes Society: an exclusive group of donors who sustain our mission year-round. The Heroes Monthly Giving Society ensures youth, and their families have access to customized programs that include emergency needs assistance for food, clothing, housing, education workshops, life skills training, post-secondary educational support, connection to internships, and assistance with job placement.
