Victoria Lofters is a 27-year-old Florida native. She has 3 siblings and is the 2nd eldest.  Victoria has a tremendous drive and passion for life.  Her commitment and faith to all things of Christ has made her stand out to take on more of a leadership position within her family and throughout her community.  Her zeal for life has made her stand out amongst her peers which is apparent in her setting a precedent to experience many first-hand opportunities.  Exemplified through her hard work and dedication to become a first-generation graduate from high school and first in her immediate family to seek opportunity at post-secondary education.  Victoria is also a Handy Alumni Youth.

Victoria celebrates 6 years with Moss Construction.  After spending 4 of those 6 years as a front desk Administrative Assistant, she earned her current promotion as an Assistant Project Accountant, a position that she dreamed of taking on and is passionate about.  Victoria is a part of the intercessory team at her church, a role she takes very seriously as she is compassionate about others and their well-being. Victoria is passionate about Handy’s mission and vision as she is a product of what can happen when a youth is Embraced, Educated and Empowered by their local community.

Victoria’s desire in life could be summed up best in her own words “I’d like to be an example to my fellow Handy brothers and Sister. Though we’ve all faced numerous trials and obstacles, with love and support from our community, faith in God, and the relentless desire to NEVER quit, we can accomplish anything.”
