Victor Gabuardi

Victor Gabuardi graduated from Lake Forest College with a degree in Psychology in 2014, received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2018 cum laude, and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2019.

Victor played defensive end for the Lake Forest football team. While at St. Thomas, Victor was a recipient of a Merit and Donor Scholarship and was involved in numerous organizations. During law school, Victor was an Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and a research assistant to professors Mark Wolff and Carol Zeiner. He also obtained a Tax Law Certificate from the law school and volunteered over 100 pro bono hours to his community in connection with the St. Thomas VITA program.

After law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he was a recipient of the Richard Stephens Graduate Tax Scholarship. During his time at U.F., Victor published an Article, “New Regulations, New Understandings: Taking Advantage of the Section 199A Deduction with Restrictions Imposed by Section 643(f),” with the St. Thomas Law Review in their Spring 2020 Volume 32 Issue 2.

Victor is currently a member of the St. Thomas University School of Law’s Young Lawyers Division Council, the Broward County Bar Association, the Tax Law Section and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
