As a South Florida native, I’ve had the unique opportunity of experiencing firsthand the growth and evolution of South Florida into one of the world’s most sought after real estate markets. During the beginning of my career, however, I had a desire to sell for the biggest developer in Florida, The Related Group. In 2003, that chance came to sell general real estate and learn the business during the biggest real estate boom. Those best practices enabled me to successfully sell over $800 million in sales/portfolio within the last 17 years. Some of my success is representing a few of the most sought after developers in South Florida (including pre-construction developments)-Trump Hollywood, Icon Las Olas, Harbour House, Hallandale Beach Club, Mondrian South Beach, as well as Directing the sales at One Thousand Ocean, Boca Raton for Blackstone. I recently sold out Auberge Beach Residences & Spa on the iconic Irelands Inn site.
