Carolina Martinez is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Moss & Associates, a family-owned construction company.
She has almost a decade of HR experience across all functions, mainly in the manufacturing and construction industries. Most recently, in her current role specialized in Talent Acquisition, overseeing all aspects of recruitment and onboarding at the enterprise level. Her focus on scaling the TA organization to support the company’s growth, including championing full recruiting cycle, building talent pipeline, and strategic workforce planning. By focusing on adding value to the business through being a strategic partner, she has been able to drive HR initiatives to enhance team members’ experience at the workplace and increase business results.
She earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Florida International University and is currently SHRM-SCP certified.
