Meet Carey Warburton, a community champion whose unwavering dedication to helping others has left an indelible mark on her community. Although Carey wasn’t born in FL, she has lived in FL most of her life.  She graduated from UCF with a Finance degree and went on to get her MBA from FAU. She has worked at Southeast Toyota Finance, a division of JM Family Enterprises for 18 years.

Carey’s passion for supporting at-risk youth led her to HANDY (Helping Advance and Nurture the Development of Youth) in 2015. She served as Chairman of NextGen for several years and has continued supporting HANDY by sitting on the Scholar’s Breakfast Committee for the last three years. Carey has decided to expand support of HANDY and their fundraising efforts by joining the Homecoming Court this year.

Carey also volunteers with other local non-profit organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, Ghost Light Society, Feeding South Florida, and Broward Partnership for the Homeless.

When Carey is not volunteering, she enjoys attending live music events, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
